Gute Reben
Die Weinrebe ist Teil eines fein aufeinander abgestimmten Ökosystems. Der kontrolliert umweltschonende Weinbau ist auf den Schutz dieses Ökosystems bedacht und wir im WEINGUT REEF haben uns zum Ziel gesetzt, die Artenvielfalt in unseren Weinbergen zu erhalten. Alle Maßnahmen des Pflanzenschutzes und der Bodenbearbeitung sind hierauf ausgerichtet. Sorgfältig ausgewählt
Vollreifes und gesundes Lesegut sind für Geschmack und Frucht unentbehrlich. Durch selektive Laubarbeiten, reduzieren wir die Zahl der Trauben pro Rebe auf ein optimales Maß. Zeit zu entspannen
Wir nehmen uns die Zeit unsere Weine auf natürlichem Wege zu vinifizieren. Bewegung und Filtration der Weine werden auf ein Minimum beschränkt. Abfüllung
Auch hier arbeiten wir “Slow”. In der eigenen Füllanlage füllen wir mit einer Füllgeschwindigkeit von 1000 Flaschen pro Stunde. Dies ist um ein Drittel langsamer als in der Branche üblich.
